Dressing:
1/3 cup raspberry vinegarette
1/2 cup sugar or splenda
1tespoon salt
1/4 teaspoon prepared mustard
1/2 cup vegetable oil
3 teaspoon poppy seed (optional)

1 package fresh baby spinach
1 pint sliced fresh strawberries ( I used less )
3 green onions sliced thin (with some tops)
1/2 cup toasted pecans

Mix dressing and pour over just before serving.

I mixed 1/2 spinach and 1/2 romaine lettuce.
