1-bunch romain, torn
1/2-cup (4oz.) shredded swiss cheese
1-cup salted cashews
1 or 2 medium pears, thinly sliced
1/2 cup diced cranberries

Poppy Seed Vinaigrette
2/3 cup olive oil
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup lemon juice
2 or 3 teaspoon poppy seed
2 teaspoon finley chopped red onion
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine the romaine, cheese, cashews, pears and cranberries. In a jar with a tight fitting lid, combine the vinaigrette ingredients, shake well. Drizzle over salad and toss to coat. Serve immediately.

I actually keep all ingredients separate until time to serve.
