1 Cup flour
2 Tablespoons cream of tartar
2 Tablespoons vegetable oil
1/2 cup salt

Mix all in pan. Cook on low stirring CONSTANTLY until it's too thick to possible stir any longer. (you'll know when it's done). This keeps a long time in a zip lock bag.
