2 Lbs. good stew meat lightly browned
1 large can diced tomatoes
3 cups tomato or V8 juice
1/2 cup onion chopped
6-8 carrots cut in 1 inch pieces
3 stalks celery cut in inch pieces
2 small zucchini cut in 1 inch pieces
5 Tablespoons tapioca
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 Tablespoon brown sugar
salt to taste
Mashed potatoes

Directions:

Mix and cover tightly. Bake 4- 5 hours @ 250 degrees. Serve over mashed potatoes.
