2 - 20 ounce cans of Dole Pineapple Tidbits
1 - 8 ounce of grated Sharp Cheddar Cheese
7 tablespoons of flour
1 cup of sugar
Ritz crackers crushed
melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together everything but the Ritz crackers and butter. Stir well. Add crushed Ritz crackers on top. Drizzle with the melted butter. Put in oven and bake for 45 minutes.

I use Extra Sharp Cheddar cheese. I found that if you leave the Ritz crackers in the bag unopened and hit it on a hard surface 2 or 3 times. This takes care of crushing them.
