2 3/4 c flour
8 oz. cold butter unsalted
1/4 c cream
1/2 c sugar
2 egg yolks
1/4 tsp salt

Apple Pie
6-7 apples peeled and sliced
1 c sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 c tapioca

Directions:
Directions:
Mix butter in chunks into flour with low speed on mixer. Mix until cornmeal like consistency. Mix cream and egg yolks together pour into flour mixture mix until combined. Wrap in wax paper and refrigerate 30 minutes to 1 hour. Roll out makes two 9 inch pie shells or one 9 in pie with top crust.

Mix apples, sugar, cinnamon and tapioca and then put in pie crust, dot with butter and place top crust on. Slit crust and bake 1 1/2 hour or until browned on top. 350º
