1 package dry yeast
2 c lukewarm milk
4 large eggs, separated
1 tsp vanilla
2 1/2 to 3 c sifted flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 Tbsp sugar
1/2 cup melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle yeast over warm milk and stir to dissolve. Beat the egg yolks and add to yeast mixture with the vanilla. Sift together the flour, salt, and sugar, add butter. Beat egg whites and stir into mix. Make in Waffle Maker.
