3 medium chicken breasts cooked and diced
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 can of chicken broth or milk
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 medium sautéed onion
1 medium sautéed bell pepper
Nacho cheese chips
2 c. grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
On the bottom of a 9x13 casserole dish, place a layer of coarsely crushed nacho cheese chips. Then place a layer of diced chicken, and then a layer of the sautéed onions and bell peppers. Mix the soups, broth (or milk), and Rotel tomatoes together and pour and spread over previous layers. Top with more coarsely crushed nacho cheese chips and bake at 350º for 20 minutes uncovered and then add the grated cheese on the top and cook 10 more minutes.
