6 pork chops
salt & pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. chopped parsley
1/2 c. sour cream
1 - 3 oz. can French fried onions

Directions:
Directions:
Brown chops in skillet and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place chops in a casserole dish. In skillet, heat soup with water. Add parsley, sour cream and 1/2 can of onions. Mix well and pour over pork chops. Cover and bake at 350º for 1 hour. Remove cover and sprinkle remaining onions on top. Return to oven for 5 minutes.
