1/2 c. vegetable oil
4 sq. unsweetened chocolate
2 c. granulated sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix oil, chocolate, and sugar. Blend in one egg at a time until well mixed, add vanilla. Measure four, baking powder and salt into mixture. Stir well then chill several hours or overnight. Heat oven to 350º Roll balls of dough into powder sugar and bake 10 to 12 minutes. DO NOT OVER BAKE
