1/2 c. shortening
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1 1/4 c. flour
3/4 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening and peanut butter. Add sugar and cream. Add egg. Then sift dry ingredients into creamed mixture. Form into balls the size of walnuts, flatten with a fork. Bake at 375º for 10 to 12 minutes.
