4 c. rhubarb
1 1/2 c. water
1/2 c. sugar
2 pkgs. (13-oz) strawberry jello
1 c. orange juice
1 tsp. orange peel
1 c. fresh strawberries, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Combine rhubarb, water, and sugar. Cook until tender, about 5 minutes. Pour over jello. Stir until jello is dissolved. Add orange juice and peel. Chill until thick and syrupy. Add strawberries. Pour into lightly oiled 6 cup mold. Chill until firm.
