Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Mix:
4 tablespoons yeast
1 cup warm water
1 teaspoon sugar

Add:
1 1/3 cup oil
2/3 cup sugar
1 tablespoon salt
2 cups mashed potatoes
2 cups milk
4 beaten eggs
12-14 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together to make dough. Knead well. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to desired thickness. The best size for the finished roll is about 10 inches deep. If the rolled dough is much deeper, cut the dough in half after spreading the filling, and before rolling up.

For filling:
Spread 1 cup butter evenly over dough;
Liberally sprinkle ground cinnamon over butter;
Spread brown sugar over butter and cinnamon so that it is completely covered. (The thicker the layer, the sweeter the rolls.)

Working along the long edge of the dough, start rolling! After you have it done, cut 1 inch slices and place on a greased pan that has sides. Cover with a dish towel, and let rise for 1 hour. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-18 minutes. Ice while still hot.

Icing:

1/2 cup softened butter
2 teaspoons vanilla
4-6 cups powdered sugar
3-4 tablespoons milk

Mix butter and powdered sugar with a hand mixer. Add vanilla, then gradually add milk until icing is at the right consistency. Because icing will be applied to hot rolls, it can be fairly stiff.
