1 lb. pecan halves
1 egg white
1 tbsp. water
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Beat egg white and water until stiff; add pecans & coat well. In separate bowl, mix sugar, salt & cinnamon. Pour sugar mixture over pecans; mix well until coated completely. Pour onto foil-lined cookie sheet. Bake 40 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes. Place on wax paper to cool; break apart.
