1/2 medium onion, chopped
4 slices bacon, chopped
4 c water
2 medium red potatoes, diced
1 pkg haddock, cut up
1 pint half and half
1 T butter

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion and bacon together. Add water and potatoes. Simmer until potatoes are cooked. Add frozen package of Haddock (True or Ling Cod can be substituted) and cook. Add cream and butter; heat until warm.
Serve with corn bread, pilot crackers, and oyster crackers.
