5 lbs. potatoes
1 8 oz. sour cream
1 8 oz. cream cheese
1 stick of butter

Peel, boil and cream potatoes. Cream in other ingredients. Spoon into 3 quart casserole. Sprinkle with seasoning salt. Bake 40 minutes at 350º.
