1 14 oz. bottle catsup
1 tsp. barbecue spice
1/2 tsp. parsley
6 to 7 lb. pork shoulder or Boston Butt
1/2 tsp. seasoning salt
6 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
4 - 5 shakes Tobasco Sauce
1/2 cup vinegar
1 tbsp garlic
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. liquid smoke

Cook pork with salt and garlic in crockpot until very done. Remove from bone. Add the rest of the ingredients and cook until the meat falls apart.
