Directions:
Mix your egg and milk. Season your flour to your taste, I use Cavenders. Take whatever meat your using and coat with flour first then dip in egg/milk mixture then add to hot grease. Brown till meat is done. Doing it this was helps your crust stay on your meat. This is really good for fried chicken, pork chops and deer meat.
