1/4 cup Balsamic vinegar
2 Tbs reduced sodium soy sauce
2 Tbs honey
Sliced green onions
2 tsp freshly chopped rosemary or 1 tsp dried
1 1/2 tsp dry mustard
1 1/4 lbs flank steak

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all the ingredients to make a marinade and then place the steak on top. Coat with marinade and turn. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
Prepare grill to medium setting. Remove meat from the marinade and discard marinade. Grill 4 to 6 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness. Let stand for 5 minutes; slice across the grain.
