2 lb. Shredded Frozen Potatoes
1 pt. (16 oz.) sour cream
8 oz. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 can Cream of Chicken soup
2 T. minced onion (optional)

Toppings (optional):
2 cups crushed cornflakes
1/2 C. melted butter
Directions:
Directions:
Mix main ingredients together
Put into greased casserole dish
Top with crushed cornflakes
Drizzle with melted butter

Note: Can skip the cornflakes and/or the butter if you wish

Bake at 350º for 45 minutes
