1 stick butter
1 c smooth peanut butter
12 oz chocolate chips (1 1/2 cups)
1 box Crispix cereal (12 cups)
3 cups powdered sugar

Directions:
In stock pot, melt butter, peanut butter and chocolate chips together. Fold in Crispix cereal gently. spread on cookie sheet to cool about 15 minutes. Put powdered sugar in large brown bag and pour all cereal into bag. Shake gently so cereal is covered with sugar. Store in airtight container. (ice cream bucket works great!)
