1 c. Brandy
1/3 c. white cream de cocoa
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
3/4 c. simple bar syrup
32 oz. milk
2 c. whipping cream
freshly grated nutmeg
3 c. cracked ice

Simple Bar Syrup
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except cream, nutmeg and ice. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Just before serving, in a medium bow, beat cream with an electric mixer on medium speed until medium-stiff peaks form. Fold whipped cream into brandy mixture; pour into a punch bowl. To serve, add ice to punch cups. Add punch; top with nutmeg.

Simple Bar Syrup
Combine sugar and water in a 3-qt saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring. Boil 5 minutes. Cool before using. To store, pour into a jar with a tight-fitting lid. Refrigerate until needed.
