4 T. butter
3T. flour
3/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 C. carnation milk
1/2 C. water
1 1/2 C. shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 C.. finely chopped onion
12 beaten eggs
1 C. buttered fresh bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350º
Make a roux from butter and flour and salt. slowly add milk and water. Add cheese, stir till melted.
Saute onions add eggs, stir till set. Fold eggs into cheese sauce. Pour into 12X7 pan.
Sprinkle with bread crumbs.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes
