Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 lb. ground beef
1 lg. onion
2 crushed garlic cloves
1 - 1 lb. (10 oz. jar) spaghetti sauce
1 pkg no boil lasagna noodles
16 oz. shredded mozzarella
1 lb. ricotta cheese
1/4 c. milk
1 egg
1/2 c. parmesan/romano cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef with chopped onion & garlic. Drain, add sauce and set aside. In a medium bowl, combine ricotta cheese, milk and egg. Then add mozzarella and parmesan/romano cheeses. Spray crock pot with non stick cooking spray. Layer meat sauce, cheese then noodles and repeat. You should get three to four layers. Be sure to have either plain spaghetti sauce reserved for the top of some of the meat sauce mixture. Cook on low for 4 - 4 1/2 hours. Top with more mozzarella during last 1/2 hour of cooking.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
When I made it I doubled the recipe and used a pound of ground beef and a pound of sausage. I also used colby jack and mozzarella cheeses. The more sauce the better because that's the only way the no bake noodles cook.
