1 stick Butter
1/3 C. Karo syrup
1C. brown sugar
8 C. popped corn

Directions:
Directions:
Put butter, karo syrup and brown sugar in a saucepan. Bring to a boil on medium heat, stirring continually, allow to boil for 2 minutes.
Pour caramel over popped corn mixing well.
