Ingredients:
2 sticks of margarine
2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. karo syrup
1 tsp. vanilla

Pop 2-3 batches of pop corn.

Directions:
Directions:
Put pop corn in a large plastic bowl. Start with a double batch, add 3rd batch (or some of it) if needed.

Boil to soft crack (use candy thermometer). Remove from fire and add 1/2 tsp. soda. Be prepared, mixture will foam up. Stir fast with a metal spoon because it is very hot. Pour over pop corn. Have second person (using two metal spoons) mix the mixture while it is being poured over pop corn.

As soon as it is mixed, both people put butter on hands to keep from getting burned, and then grab hands full of pop corn and form into balls. Don't pack to hard or you won't be able to bite into the ball. Add butter to your hands as often as needed.

Set balls on waxed paper until cooled, then wrap with saran wrap.
