2 cans (16 oz ea. ) crushed Pineapple, drained
1 C. grated Cheddar Cheese
1 C. Sugar
3 T. flour
1 sleeve Ritz Crackers, crushed
1 Stick (1/2 C) /Butter melted.

Directions:
Directions:
Place drained Pineapple on bottom of a 2 quart casserole dish. Mix together Cheese, Sugar, and Flour and spread over Pineapple. Mix crushed Ritz Crackers with melted Butter and spread over top of Cheese mixtures. Bake 350º for 25 minutes. A double recipe can be place in 13 X 9 pan.

This recipe looks odd but is absolutely delicious! A double recipe will still be gone after dinner. It will become a favorite especially for dinner guests.
