1/2 head cabbage shredded
1 or 2 pickled jalapeņo peppers diced small
2 tomatoes diced
1/2 large red onions
1/4 cup cilantro chopped
juice of 3 large limes
4 Tablespoons pickled jalapeņo juice
1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper
1 large clove of garlic minced

Combine all ingredients and refrigerate for at least 1 hour longer is better. The longer it is in the marinate the better will keep at least 2 weeks in refrigerator.

This is close to the cabbage salsa in Mexican restaurant. So good with good chips and a cold beer or glass of wine on a Saturday afternoon
