1 c butter
1 c vegetable oil
1 c sugar
1 c powder sugar
2 eggs
1 t vanilla
4 1/2 c flour
1 t baking soda
1 t cream of tartar
1/2 t salt
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Mix butter, oil, sugar and powdered sugar together. Mix in eggs and vanilla. Add flour to soda, salt, and cream of tartar and gradually add to mixture.
Drop by spoonful onto cookie sheet. Press down with a drinking glass dipped in colored of white sugar before each cookie is pressed.
Bake 8 minutes
