4 cups flour
1 package yeast (dissolved in 1/4 c warm water)
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
1/2 t salt
1 cup butter (melted)
1 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together flour yeast dissolved in warm water, sugar egg and salt. Add milk to melted butter and mix with flour mixture. Lightly cover with damp/warm dish towel overnight. Divide dough into 2 balls. Roll each out on lightly floured surface and cut like a pizza with a pizza cutter into 12 "slices". Roll up beginning from wider end. Place on greased cookie sheet. Cover with damp towel and place in warm place free of drafts. Raise 4 hours. Bake at 400º 10 minutes or until lightly golden . Don't overcook!

An old favorite that Grandma Barb has been making For thanksgiving and Christmas since I was little.

This can also be made into a "coffee cake" by rolling out and placing 1 can of pie filling on one side and folding the other side over. Follow other directions. Cut 4 slits on top. Bake for 30 minutes. Frost
