4 cups flour
1 t salt
1 slightly beaten egg white
kosher salt

Directions:
In large bowl, mix the yeast in the water. Stir in the sugar. Add the flour 1 cup at a time stirring until the dough no longer sticks to the side. Place dough on a lightly floured surface and knead the dough about 5 minutes. Divide the dough into about 16 balls.

On a floured surface roll the dough into snakes about 12 inches long. Create shapes-hearts, pretzels, animals!!
Place on greased cookie sheet. Brush with egg white and sprinkle kosher salt lightly on top.
Bake at 425º for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.

Personal Notes:
My girls and I would make these when they had friends over. They were only 4-10 years old and loved helping mix the dough and roll it out. Plus it's a healthy snack!!
