¼ c. lemon juice (2 lemons)
up to ¼ c. tahini (4 T.)
up to ¼ c. olive oil (4 T.)
1 T. ready-to-use chopped garlic
½ t. cumin
1 bunch of cilantro
1 serrano chile, seeded (For more heat, toss seeds in)
salt & pepper, to taste (about ¼ t. each)
2-15 oz. cans garbanzo beans, drained & rinsed

Blend first nine ingredients until creamy. Add beans and blend into smooth paste.
