2 cups grated cheddar cheese
1/2 cup butter
1 cup light cream
1/2 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper
2 T. prepared mustard
12 eggs lightly beaten
Directions:
Directions:
Spread cheese in a greased 9X13 dish and dot with butter. Then combine cream, salt, pepper and mustard. Pour 1/2 over cheese. Add eggs and then pour remaining cream mixture over eggs. Bake at 350º for 40 minutes or until set.
