Mix
4 extra large eggs well beaten
1 cup sifted flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
¼ tsp salt
Little black pepper to taste
¼ cup finely chopped parsley
4 level tablespoons of grated cheese ( add cheese last)

Directions:
Directions:
Put in shallow butter greased round pie pan
Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
Remove from pan and cut into ¼ inch cubes – serve with soup.
