Make Baratta sauce, or use store bought Marinara Sauce or
make quick sauce ( see Strachitella recipe- above)
Dilute with water until soup like consistency
Add frozen or fresh peas
Add lots of black pepper - (NEEDS TO HAVE STRONG BLACK PEPPER TASTE)
Add a little salt to taste

Cook until peas done
Cook spaghetti until al dente in boiling water
Drain spaghetti and put in soup cook 1-2 minutes
Variation: Small cut-up pieces of cooked sausage used to make sauce can be added to soup.
