Put chicken pieces (6 breasts & 8 legs) in the largest plastic zip lock bag you can find and marinate overnight in the refrigerator with combination of 3 cups lemon juice + 1 cup olive oil + 6 large cloves garlic, finely chopped + 2 tablespoons dry oregano + 3 teas salt + 1 1/4 teas ground black pepper. Set aside ½ cup of the mixture to use for basting and another ¼ cup for sprinkling on cooked chicken

Barbecue pieces 20 minutes on each sided on low heat with barbecue cover closed. Baste with set aside marinade and sprinkle cooked chicken with a very small amount of fresh set aside marinade just before serving.
