Break cauliflower into florets then boil in water until ½ cooked- not soft
Test by piercing with fork (if fork goes in stop)
Prepare 3 dishes
1. Flour
2. beaten egg
3. Italian Seasoned bread crumbs + LITTLE GRATED CHEESE

Dip pieces of cauliflower first in flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs
Deep fry in very hot Mazola or canola oil. Drain on absorbent paper.
