Ground Round beef 2 lb. or 1 lb ground beef + 1 lb of ground pork
Seasoned Italian Bread crumbs 1 cup
Locattelli Pecorino Romano Cheese 1/2 cup +
Parmesan Cheese 1/2 cup
½ cup finely chopped fresh Italian Parsley
Beat 2 eggs
½ tsp Salt
¼ tsp Pepper
1/2 cup milk
3 cloves of garlic finely minced
Olive Oil—not extra virgin

Directions:
Directions:
Make meatballs (beef + crumbs + milk + cheese + egg+ parsley+ minced garlic +salt + pepper). In a large frying pain heat sliced 2-3 cloves of garlic in light olive oil- until starts to become golden -
Take out garlic. Fry meatballs in olive oil on medium heat and turn until outside is browned. Drop into sauce and cook ½ to ¾ hour on simmer.
