1 rack of pork baby back ribs

3 cups flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp salt
1 pkg yeast
1.5 cups warm water
1 T melted butter

1 Napa cabbage
1bunch green onions
Filling: Boil pork ribs 2 hours. Debone and shred finely. Add 1 T oyster sauce and 2 T sauce:
Sauce: 1 T grated ginger, 1 1/2 T soy sauce, 1 1/2 T sesame oil, 1 T rice vinegar, 1 T molasses
2 T cilantro, minced garlic to taste.

Dissolve sugar, salt and then add yeast to warms water. Mix dough ingredients together, knead 5 mins, let rest 20 minutes.

Shred napa cabbage, slice green onions, sir fry with oil and add some sauce to taste. Add to pork filling.

Dough will make 24 buns. Pinch off pieces of dough, roll round and fill, then pinch upwards so it is closed up completely.

Steam 5 minutes.
Serve with sauce for dipping.

If you really like alot of sauce you may want to double or triple the sauce recipe.

Alternately you can make a sauce with soy sauce and a bit of hot chili oil.
