4 LBS lean pork tenderloin;
1 28 oz. can tomatillos (drained)
1 10 oz. can green enchilada sauce;
1 7 oz. can diced green chilis;
1 large onion chopped;
1 tsp garlic salt;
1 tsp hot green chili powder (optional/for extra kick);

Mix all ingredients into crockpot and cook on low for 8 hours. Shred pork before serving.
