1 14 oz can fruit cocktail
2 eggs (beaten)
1 1/2 cup sugar

Sift together
2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups flour

Sauce:
1/2 cup butter
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup cream
vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Mix 1st 3 ingredients together
Add to flour mixture and blend
Bake 45 minutes at 350º F

Sauce
Heat in saucepan until mixture is melted and clear
Spread over cake
