1/4 pound bacon, cut into small pieces
1 pound ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup diced celery
1/2 cup uncooked wild rice, soaked overnight
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of celery soup
1 can mushrooms, drained
1 cup milk

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350º.

In skillet, saute bacon. Remove bacon and drain fat. Cook ground beef, onion and celery until ground beef is browned. Add cooked bacon, mushroom soup, celery soup, rice, mushrooms and milk; mix well.

Pour mixture into a greased 2-quart baking casserole. Cover and bake for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 15 minutes.
