1 3/4 cups flour
2 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup sweet butter, melted
1 egg
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Combine dry ingredients in large mixing bowl. Beat together the liquid ingredients and add them, with the walnuts, all at once. Fold the mixture gently but thoroughly. Fill greased muffing tin and bake at 400º for 15 to 20 minutes. 10 muffins
