1 lb ground pork (Fred Meyer seasoned)
regular oil, 1 dollop
drizzle sesame oil
Ginger
scallion
garlic
3 eggs
1/4 tsp soy sauce
1 large cabbage head

Directions:
Directions:
combine pork, oils, soy sauce, ginger, garlic and scallions. Mix together with hands. Add a little water. Place in small stainless metal bowl. Crack 3 eggs on top.

Set up double boiler: with large pot, put 2" water in and place metal bowl in. Put lid on and boil with lid on for about 40 minutes. Check to make sure water doesn't run out. Meanwhile, take another large pot and steamer basket and core and quarter cabbage and put in. Steam for 20 minutes.

Serve with white rice. Take pieces of cabbage, place rice and meat in and eat with your fingers.
