1 c. pumpkin
1 tsp. soda
1/2 c. shortening
1 c. white sugar
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 egg
pinch of salt
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp cinnamon
2 c. flour
Directions:
Directions:
Mix pumpkin and soda together and set aside. Cream together sugars and shortening add egg and pumpkin, mix in pinch of salt and remaining ??. Drop by teaspoonful on cookie sheet and sprinkle with a little cinnamon before baking. Bake at 350º until done.
