1 6oz. Chocolate Bunny
18 large marshmallows
¼ cup whole milk
16 oz. unsweetened whipping cream
1 prepared pie shell

Directions:
Melt chocolate bunny and marshmallows (*Note 1) in milk over double boiler or VERY heavy pan on low heat. Stir constantly do NOT let heat get too high. Once all ingredients have melted completely remove from heat and let mixture cool COMPLETELY.
Whip cream until stiff then fold into cooled chocolate mixture.
Pour into prepared pie crust. *Note 2 Let pie chill and firm for at least 3 hours.
Garnish with shaved chocolate pieces. *Note 3

Note 1 – 180 mini marshmallows equals 18 large marshmallows and if using large size cut them in quarters to help melting process. Generic brands don’t seem to work as well.

Note 2 – I use shortbread crust but you can try graham cracker, chocolate graham cracker or any other that doesn’t need to be baked.

Note 3 – I shave off a small piece of the bunny before melting and reserve for garnishment.
