Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 pkg (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained (I always use Bird’s Eye – it’s well chopped compared to some others I have seen – it takes quite a while to thaw and the salad spinner seems to work the best for this)
1 container (16 oz) sour cream
1 c. mayo
1 pkg. KNORR Vegetable Soup Mix
1 can (8 oz) water chestnuts, drained and chopped (optional, but adds a great touch!)
3 green onions, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
In medium bowl stir spinach, sour cream, mayo, soup mix, water chestnuts, and green onions – mix well.
Cover; chill 2 hours to blend flavors. Stir before serving.

Personal Notes:
Yes, this is on the back of the KNORR Vegetable Soup Mix package, but it’s the best spinach dip on the planet!
