2 boneless pork chops
1/2 cup ham, chopped
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 15 oz. can Goya green Pigeou Peas, undrained
1 packet Sazon Goya with cilantro

1/2 cup tomato sauce
3 cups water
2 cups rice
1 tbsp. olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Heat large skillet over medium heat. Add pork chops, ham, onions, and pepper; cook 3 minutes. Stir in garlic and olive oil and cook 2 minutes longer. Add remaining ingredients except rice. Then bring to a boil. Stir in rice, cover and reduce heat. Simmer 20 minutes or until rice is tender. Serves 8
