Red potatoes cut in halves or chunks
Flour
Hamburger meat

Directions:
Directions:
In boiler, start potatoes to boiling. When potatoes are almost done, add flour by the tablespoon. Stir well, but don't beat the potatoes down. Keep adding flour till a thick gravy in the potatoes is made. While this is cooking, cook your hamburger meat. When meat is done, drain and crumble. Add meat to the potatoes. Salt and pepper to taste. Great with a pan of cornbread.
