4 chicken breasts
1 (12 oz.) cream cheese, whipped
1 pkg. powdered ranch dressing
Butter, melted
Italian bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Cut chicken breasts in half. Use metal tenderizer to pound chicken pieces to a flat piece about 1/4 inch thick. Mix cream cheese and ranch dressing packet together. Mix well. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Take each piece of chicken and place spoonful of cream cheese mixture on chicken. Roll up piece of chicken. Use toothpick to hold together. Roll chicken roll in finely crushed bread crumbs. Place chicken roll in a greased 9x13 baking dish. After all pieces are in dish, sprinkle with melted butter. Cook for 1 hour or until chicken is done. Every 15 minutes, baste tops of chicken with melted butter. Remove toothpicks before serving.
